They are super bright and the single charging cradle work much better the the four unit charge I had previously bought.

The new helmet weighs notably less than the old one. And as an adult with a small head, the youngster version is a perfect fit. But: the old model had a turn signal on the front as well. I have no idea why they took that away. Now people in front of me, and in their rear mirror can't see that I am going left or right - a major problem. I am keeping the now model only because I really need it; otherwise I would return it for that reason.

Lumos Firefly

i am unable to update the firmware.
there is no support from the helpdesk.
waiting to get the return label to send the helmet back.
if i knew the quality of the support i never bought a lumos helmet.

I have ordered two weeks ago but i am still to receive the order sadly so unfortunately i can not provide a good review

I ordered a Mini Fly which was delivered broken twice (the clip, not the light itself). While the support was very friendly and helpful, I'm unsure If I will purchase something of Lumos again. It seems the quality of the items is lacking. This might not apply to all items, but to buy an item as a Christmas gift which hast been delivered broken twice is rather unpleasant. But again the support I really appreciate.

Get one for each of your lights. The charge is a little slow but having two is needed instead of the wallet instead if you just have two units.

When product arrived it was expected. Good fit, good quality and great features. Delivery experience was poor. Item shipped from China with Chinese courier, with an initial missed delivery their phone number (Chinese number) didn’t work and they didn’t respond to emails when trying to reschedule. No notice of next delivery but luckily a family member was in to accept. Poor delivery experience overall with a lot of wasted time.

Love the quality of this helmet. With the addition of 1st class customer service, highly recommend. Thanks Lumos.

Stylish, comfy and dazzling

Brilliant helmet, lightweight, very comfortable and the lights and indicators are great! I feel super confident wearing it.

Great helmet and excellent aftersales service. I requested an invoice by email and it was sent within 24hrs.

He really enjoyed it and it made it him feel safe.

Would like that the brake light worked as intended, but its either reacting to much or only on really hard breaking - so I not all that impressed. Maybe an sw update can solve this, I dont know.

Doesn’t fit well in helmet. Is uncomfortable an makes you sweat. Much better and cheaper to put a proper cycling under helmet beanie on. Save money and be more comfortable!

The Lumos Ultra Smart helmet is my very first Smart helmet and I am very happy with it. I cycle about 13.5 miles one way into work and was concerned about cycling when the days got shorter. Since getting this helmet I feel safer and have noticed that more cars leave a safe distance when overtaking.
The helmet comes with easy set-up instructions and easy to sync and accessories via the Lumos app.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would buy another one.

Lumos Firefly Charging Cradle

I had a faulty firefly, support proposed a direct swap with a new unit. Fast response and i was helped. But they lost two stars for the following reason: Unfortunately service also told me these are not repairable. Its bad for our planet to keep producing products with batteries and some pcb that can't be repaired.

We have sold Lumos in the past and the sales have been solid. We were excited to see the childs helmet but was not mips and only came in one size.
